The Ravdin Report. Weekly thoughts on sports, life, and culture
Brendan Rodgers’ return to Celtic has been a success for the Northern Irish. His return saw the club clinch the 2023/24 Premiership to complete a third successive league title.
Brendan Rodgers’ team only lost a single game in the new year to finish the league with eight points above Rangers. The Northern Irish also masterminded a domestic double by beating Rangers to the Scottish Cup.
Even though the former Liverpool and Leicester City manager has been a success for Celtic, Premiership football news reckons there could be a change in the Parkhead dugout should the Northern Irish get a juicy job offer outside Scotland.
MightyTips looks into the list of possible coaches who could replace the 51-year-old coach based on the next Celtic manager’s odds.
Kjetil Knutsen has done an incredible job as Bodo/Glimt head coach. He joined the Norwegian club in November 2017 and led them to their first ever Norwegian national league title with just a single loss in the whole season.
He also masterminded another impressive record for Bodo/Glimt when he guided the club to a second Eliteserien title in 2021 with a win over Mjondalen.
Kjetil Knutsen is a good man-manager and is known for his attacking style. With his Celtic next manager odds of 5/4, it could be a hint he's ready for a new challenge.

The former Manchester United player has a chance to return to management, since his last role as an assistant manager under Martin O’Neill of Nottingham Forest in 2019.
Roy Keane hasn't had a glamorous career as a manager despite having coached Sunderland and Ipswich, as well as being an assistant manager on three occasions to Martin O'Neill (Ireland national team and Nottingham Forest) and Paul Lambert (Aston Villa).
The Manchester United legend has since taken on a pundit role.
Keane also has ties with Celtic, as he's once a Celtic midfielder. He played just 10 games for the Bhoys and won the Scottish Premier League and the Scottish League Cup.
He has recently expressed his desire to return to management. However, having been out of the coaching role for a long time, it's yet to be seen whether the Parkhead hierarchy can entrust the management of Celtic to his care.
However, 7/4 odds as the next Celtic manager suggest he could be the second favourite.
"That was never for me. I never believed in being 'pally' or close to any of the managers I worked with."

David Moyes has done a decent job at West Ham United, guiding them to a European trophy in his spell at the club.
There is no doubt that the 61-year-old Scottish is a top coach. However, he has yet to manage in Scotland.
Having enjoyed much success as West Ham coach, it's fair enough if he decides to seek a new challenge in the Scottish Premiership. With 5/2 odds for the next Celtic manager, he could be heading north of the border.
"Celtic are probably the third or fourth best-supported club in the world..."

Henrik Larsson played for Celtic from 1997 to 2004 before his move to Barcelona. It's fair to say he's a respected legend of the club.
His Celtic FC next manager odds currently stand at 3/1. While he could be a suitable choice for the Celtic job, his only hurdle will be his lack of management since 2019.

Steve Clark is currently Scotland national team coach. He guided the Scottish team to Euro 2024. Unfortunately, they could not get past the group stage, as they fell short to Germany, Switzerland, and Hungary in Group A.
With his experience managing the Scottish national team, Steve Clark stands a decent chance of taking the Celtic job.
He currently stands at 9/2. Despite the next Celtic permanent manager’s odds not being in his favour, we can't rule out anything.

The current St. Mirren coach has enormous experience in the Scottish Premiership. He previously managed Motherwell, leading them to the League and Scottish League finals in the 2017/18 season.
Stephen Robinson was confirmed as the new St. Mirren coach in 2022, following his spell at Morecambe.
His experience in the Scottish Premiership could prove advantageous for his chances of taking over at Celtic.

We've looked at the potential candidates for the Celtic job should there be a change in management at the Parkhead dugout. Here's a list of European Sportsbooks’ betting odds for the next Celtic manager.
Brendan Rodgers has done a fantastic job at Celtic. His return to the club saw his side clinch the 2023/24 Scottish Premiership ahead of rival Rangers, as well as winning the League Cup.
For now, Rodgers remains the manager of Celtic, and it's yet to be seen if there will be a need for a change for the upcoming season.
However, should there be an unexpected turn of events, some of the candidates on this list will be the favourites to lead the charge.
